Visit of the objects offered for rent by our staff from the Residence Division
  (Grange-Canal and Carouge agencies)

Some useful information for renting :

You must absolutely visit the apartments before, so that you are sure of your choice before applying.

If you are interested and upon request, we can fax the subscription form to you, or send it by e-mail, either you can download the form.

You will then have to send us the following documents, for you and any potential co-tenant:

ID for Geneva citizens and Confederates
Residence permit for foreigners
Recent wage certificate
Non-suit certificate issued by the Office des Poursuites


Different types of housing :

Free rent
Most of the apartments belong to this category. There are no specific requirements to be met by the future tenant.

Housing cooperatives
The future tenant will have to buy shares representing his/her contribution as a tenant-member. When terminating the lease, his/her shares will be taken over by the cooperative and sold back to the new tenant.

State-subsidized buildings
HBM: Cheap Housing
HLM: Low-Rent Housing
HCM: Middle-Class Housing
HM: Mixed Housing

In order to live in subsidized housing, the future tenant must meet specific requirements. For more information, visit the official website of the State of Geneva.

Furnished housing
If you are looking for good-quality furnished accommodation, you can go to the website of our partners Home Sweet Home and consult their offers.

Residential housing
Objects located in particularly quiet districts or with something special which makes them rare to find.
Villas are included in this category.

  There are different types of villas:
Adjacent: built in-between two villas
Semi-detached: a wall of the house or the garage is adjacent to another villa
Individual: independent from any other house
