| Free rent Most of the apartments belong to this category. There are no specific requirements to be met by the future tenant. |
| Housing cooperatives The future tenant will have to buy shares representing his/her contribution as a tenant-member. When terminating the lease, his/her shares will be taken over by the cooperative and sold back to the new tenant. |
